No, we will not. Timeshare Guardians does not own anyone’s timeshare. Our sole purpose is to help you utilize your ownership. You will only be asked to provide your assigned Guardian with a temporary authorization to access your ownership account. However, you can elect to change this at any time.

There are absolutely no hidden fees.  We keep things super simple. You will only be required to select one of our packages:

Economy Guardian, Business Business, First Class Guardian or Premier Guardian. That’s it!

We set up recurring bill payments with you when we set up your account. Before the end of the season, we discuss your level of satisfaction with our services and interest to continue working with us. You can elect to cancel at any time with no penalties or restrictions. However, you’re always welcome to come back at any time as well.

No. Timeshare Guardians is not owned or managed by any timeshare company. We are proudly owned and operated independently by the Hayes family, Billy and Dasa.

Yes, of course! Membership is not required to rent one of our listed properties. In fact, your patronage helps an owner with their maintenance fees and yearly club dues, and we delight in you sharing your positive experiences. It is a win-win situation. You help them by renting, and in return, you get to enjoy time spent in a luxury condo, which is less expensive than a hotel stay.
