At Timeshare Guardians, we understand that plans can change, leaving you with unused weeks or points. That’s why we’ve developed a rental program designed to turn your unused timeshare into extra income.

How It Works:

Instead of letting your points go to waste, we allocate a portion to book reservations, which we then advertise on top rental platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. Our success in securing rentals is enhanced by the strong network of pre-existing listings we’ve carefully built over time.

When a Reservation is Booked:

Once your reservation is rented, we update the booking details to reflect the guest’s name, address, and email. We also send the guest a confirmation email, giving them direct contact with the property for any questions about the condo or resort.

How You Get Paid:

You’ll receive a rental check from Timeshare Guardians the month following the reservation date. If multiple reservations are rented within the same month, we’ll combine them into one convenient payment, streamlining your earnings.
