This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately1,480 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in guest bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining room, washer/dryer (in most units), two bathrooms, and balcony. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

Lauderdale and adjacent to the Palm Aire Country Club golf courses. No matter what you’re in the mood for, there are exciting Ft. Lauderdale area sites and attractions just waiting to be discovered.
These spacious studio, one-, and two-bedroom resort suites comfortably sleep two to six guests and range from 512 to 1,480 square feet. Studio suites feature a queen bed in most with a queen sleeper sofa, partial kitchen and a whirlpool tub. One- and two-bedroom resort suites feature one king or one queen bed in the master, two full beds or one queen bed in the guest room and a double sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate a full kitchen, whirlpool tubs, dining area, and TVs throughout. All suites have balconies or patios with beautiful garden or golf course view and laundry facilities onsite.
Head to Pompano Beach’s stunning three mile coastline, located just four miles away. Across the way you can catch the excitement of thoroughbred, greyhound and harness racing at the Isle Casino Racing Pompano Park. For shopping, visit the Galleria Mall, Las Olas shopping district and Sawgrass Mills Mall. In Ft. Lauderdale, get the little ones involved at the Museum of Discovery & Science, or view works of art at the Museum of Art. The Riverwalk Arts & Entertainment district is also packed with performing arts centers and museums. Cruise over to Hollywood and Miami Beach for even more South Florida thrills. The Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is a short 14 mile drive.
In addition to premier vacation suites and condos, Club Wyndham Palm-Aire features an outstanding array of well-appreciated amenities. Surrounded by lush palm trees and cool ocean breezes, it won’t be hard to kick back in one of four outdoor swimming pools. Keep up your golf skills at the Palm Aire Golf Club or have fun at the mini golf course. Participate in one of the organized activities in the “Play Days” activities program. For an experience that is absolutely indulgent, head to The Spa at the Palm Aire for some well-deserved pampering. Guests might want to try the tennis courts, a fitness center, basketball courts and game room that ensure there’s never a dull moment at Club Wyndham Palm-Aire.
Important Information About Special Needs:
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking and first floor access ramps.
This resort may offer rooms with these special needs features:
• Some units include lever handles on all doors, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, first floor handicap accessible access and Braille signage for room numbers.
• Some units include visual fire alarm and closed captioned TV.
Shuttle Service
Daily shuttle to the beach (15 minutes away). The Beach Buggy Shuttle leaves the resort at 9:30 a.m. and picks you up at 2:30 p.m. to bring you back to the Resort. Space is limited; please RSVP with an Activities Associate. The transportation schedule will be available in the Welcome Packet you receive upon check-in. (Shuttle not operable until further notice).

Other things to note

TG will change the reservation into the renters names and information. TG will require the home address and email for the renter to accomplish this. Renter is highly recommended to contact the resort once they receive the reservation confirmation to ensure the size of the condo, layout, location, views and number of beds is acceptable.
If a name change is required after a confirmation email is sent there may be a cost of up to $100.00. This is charged by the resort and company and renter will be responsible for this cost. Only the name on the reservation is able to check into the resort.

Please note that the photos in the property description may not be of the actual condo you are renting. They are for general viewing purposes. You may inquire with me prior to reserving to ensure you have the condo you want. The Resort will assign the condo building, floor and number at the time of check in. Please call the resort if you plan on arriving after 6pm. Some resorts are not 24 hours and you need to ensure your name is on an afterhours check in list for security.

If the description is titled “Ocean Front” or “Ocean View” then you will have this view of the ocean. If no view is described, your condo may have other views.
